We recommend exploring flight options into all of these airports and choosing whichever is the most convenient and cost efficient.

From the airport, you will need to rent a car or book a transfer service to your hotel. Renting a car will give you the most flexibility if you would like to explore Tuscany beyond what we have planned!

There are many reputable transport services; above are two that our venue recommended.

Rental Cars:

Italy offers many of the same rental car services as the U.S. (Avis, Budget, Hertz, Sixt).

For ease, we recommend renting your car directly from the airport that you arrive at. You can start your search on a site like Expedia or Auto Europe to compare the best deals, but you are able to book directly with whichever company you choose.

Friendly tip: If you cannot drive a manual, make sure to filter results by automatic.

Please note there are no Ubers in Tuscany, and taxis require a bit of planning. We will be providing round trip transportation for all three days of events from two designated hotels (see "Event Transportation" section below). However, as mentioned above, renting a car will give you the most flexibility if you would like to explore the area on your own time

For the welcome party (May 30th), the wedding day (May 31st), and the pool party (June 1st), we will be providing round trip transportation from Hotel Palazzo Squarcialupi:

• Welcome Party Pick Up Time: 6:45 PM
• Wedding Day Pick Up Time: 4:45 PM
• Pool Party Pick Up Time: 1:15 PM

You are welcome stay anywhere; however, if you would like transportation for any of these three events, please meet at Hotel Squarcialupi for pick up.

A countryside villa located within a ~6 minute walk to the Borgo.

Residenza del Sogno is fully booked!

We visited this hotel while in Tuscany! The owners are so kind and welcoming. It is extremely close to the venue - there's even a little walking path shortcut that they can show you. If you want convenience, this is it!

The hotel serves breakfast daily and there is one other restaurant in walking distance (super cute - pictured below!). It is very comfortable and clean, but it is not as 'upgraded' as Squarcialupi.

This hotel is located within a ~9 minute drive to the Borgo.

We have reserved all of the rooms and apartments for our guests from 5/30-6/2.

Hotel Palazzo Squarcialupi offers three different accommodations:

• The Hotel: 16 rooms that sleep up to 32 people
• The Holiday Home or "Casavacanze Squarcialupi": A combination of 6 apartments that sleep up to 16 people. Less than ~5 minutes walking distance to the main hotel.
• La Ferrozzola Farmhouse: A combination of 3 apartments that sleep up to 11 people. Approximately 1 mile to the main hotel.

Details:

We visited this hotel and were blown away by how amazing it is! It's a stunning hotel in the middle of the little town, "Castellina in Chianti."

It's surrounded by walkable cafes and restaurants. There is also a common area of the hotel with a pool table that would be great for hanging out together. We ate at the hotel's restaurant and it was FABULOUS. Order their version of the carbonara and the truffle pasta!
